R&D
IMTEK has successfully carried out all the necessary processes for the development and production of a new product under its own roof in numerous projects, from initial idea to product; including conceptual design, modeling and simulation processes, design maturation, technical design, prototype production, testing and measurement processes, and design revision. These processes have provided invaluable experience in developing next-generation innovative products that easily find a place in the global market.
Minimizing losses resulting from all cryogenic applications being carried out at temperatures far below room temperature, and considering issues such as the impact of material deformation and thermal aging on efficiency, makes this field an R&D area requiring collaborative work among mechanical, materials, chemical, and physical engineers. Experimental research on new materials, techniques, and forms necessary for innovative solutions in the development of cryogenic technologies facilitates the discussion and application of fundamental concepts and principles.
Our hardware and software infrastructure, where modeling and simulation studies are conducted, enables the optimization of critical design parameters in terms of high energy efficiency. Supporting the ultra-precise machining infrastructure with high-quality measurement systems facilitates overcoming all challenges in prototype production with near-design precision and achieving the expected theoretical efficiencies. With its experienced workforce and rapid technology development capabilities, İmtek has managed to develop twenty-one model products in four different groups and bring them to the THS-9 level in a short time.
