• Construction departments or Manufacturing and Design departments of faculties of technical education or related departments of engineering faculties,
• Have minimum 3 years of working experienceon 5-axes simultaneous CNC machining and have a solid knowledge on Mastercam (or equivalent) 5-axes CNC software,
• Have minimum 3 years of working experience,
• Are experienced in dimensional tolerances, part fixation and cutting tools,

You will be responsible for:

• The documentation of all steps of design, manufacturing and reporting processes within the company,
• The preparation of applications to the grants and projects related to the field and pursuance of applications.

Reporting to the R&D Director, the primary role is to assist in the transition new products from R&D to production. This will involve but will not be limited to the following:

• Designs, procures, assemblies, qualifies and documents test stations for new products,
• Understand the fundamental principles of multiple technologies on various platforms,
• Reviews, updates and maintain the test stations and procedures,
• Assists technicians in the proper operation of environmental test equipment and monitors tests results,
• Develops training and troubleshooting materials for use in operator/technician development,
• Documents test summaries and completes test reports as required for qualification and re-qualification,
• Use troubleshooting, repair, and calibration knowledge to repair stations.

Education and/or Experience 

• Bachelor's Degree from Engineering Departments,
• 3-5 years of hands on experience with a demonstrated ability to design, document, assemble and improve new/existence test systems.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge

• Good knowledge about basic measuring equipment like power supply, temperature controller, multimeter, function generator, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, thermocouples, flowmeters etc.
• Experience in Lab View and National Instruments test modules for use in building complex test sets,
• Experience with cryogenic test and measurement systems, vacuum systems, helium leak detector, and electrically driven cryogenic coolers is a plus,
• The ability to use CAD design software (Solidworks) to design the test assemblies.
